Ordering

PAYMENT TERMS

Customers can pay the full amount. Or they opt to pay a 35% deposit, and the rest when the doll is completed. It usually takes about 5-7 days from time of ordering to completion of the doll(s). It could take longer if the customer has special request or is ordering large quantities of dolls. To cover additional charges incurred with the second option the customer will be charge $50.00. All purchases above $2500 must be paid in full before production begins.

CREDIT CARDS

WE ACCEPT VISA AND MASTERCARD. To preserve your privacy, Spring Mobility Interactive will be the business name that appears on your card.

PAYPAL

You can use funds from your Paypal balance. If you applied for Paypal Credit, you can also use it. If you are interested in using PayPal Credit, use this link to apply!

DIRECT BANK TRANSFER

After checkout, to make payment via bank transfer please email us at bank@redroomdolls.com, and we will provide you with the necessary banking information.

CERTIFIED CHECK

For US and Canadian customers we accept certified check. There is a $50.00 dollar discount for orders paid through certified check. So after you have completed your order, write a check to Spring Mobility Interactive for the total amount of the order minus $50.

MULTI-CARD PAYMENTS

All your payments and data are secured using 256 bit SSL encryption. Payments made via our web sites are processed in a secure environment using software provided by PayPal or other third party providers.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING throughout the United States, Europe, Caribbean, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Japan. For International destinations not listed above please contact us to inquire if shipping is available to your location and if there are additional fees.
  • We DO NOT SHI0P to Muslim Majority Countries, India and Africa.
SHIPPING INFORMATION AND SHIPPING TIMES
  • The doll is sent in unmarked box via Fedex/DHL, we will provide a tracking number once it ships out.
  • For CREDIT CARD ORDERS we will only ship to verified billing addresses.
  • Total production time is 5-10 days, and shipping times is about 5-7 days. So one should typically get your doll in 10-15 days. It will be shipped out from the production facility in China, and be delivered to your home discreetly packaged in blank box. A signature will be required.
  • Customs Agents might open the box for inspection, and you may be charged duties and VAT particularly in Europe/UK
  • On rare occasion an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
PRE-SHIPPING INSPECTION AND PHOTOS

You can request to have photos email to you of the doll(s) prior to it being shipped. We can make minor adjustments like making minor modifications to the makeup.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made within 2 days of purchase, we will refund the full amount of the order. After the two day window all sales are final.

RETURNS

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All sales are final once the dolls have been shipped out. We do not offer refunds once the doll has been shipped out

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS MINOR DAMAGE ON THE DOLL?

First you shouldn’t worry; we will send instructions, material and parts to help you fix the doll. You must report damage within 7 days of receiving the doll. Please email pictures of the damage.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DOLL HAS SUFFERED MAJOR DAMAGE?

Take pictures and email it to us. If the damage can’t be fixed, we will send you another doll. You must report damage within 7 days of receiving the doll. Please email pictures of the damage.
